Screaming Eel

I don't have many aquatic villains, but living near the sea now gives me a bit more of an appreciation for aquatic characters. This one is Screaming Eel, a member of the Deep Six along with Captain Rook, Armada, Galleon, Hydrofoil, & Kraken. White Pirate was once a member, but reformed, became a hero, and was replaced by Armada. Armada, however is ambitious, and hopes to become Admiral of the team and build it's ranks even further.

Screaming Eel had obvious aquatic abilities befitting his namesake, but instead of electricity, possessed sonic/vibratory powers.
